Breakfast:
4 sausages
gala apple

Snack:
baby carrots
sugar snap peas

Lunch:
meaty chili
red pepper

Snack:
almonds

Dinner:
3 hamburger patties (little ones) w/cheese and bacon
big salad

Snack:
grapes

Drink:
water

Symptoms: Stiff in the morning
