Still catching up from the weekend.

Roast Beef

Dinner:
Meatballs
frozen peas
Snack:
grapes
apple oatmeal cookie
Drink:
water
Symptoms: Quite a bit of pain and stiffness. I always seem to fall off the wagon on weekends.
