Falling behind

Still catching up from the weekend.

Breakfast:
4 sausages
2 fried eggs
fuji apple

Lunch:
Roast Beef
big salad

Dinner:
Meatballs
frozen peas

Snack:
grapes
apple oatmeal cookie

Drink:
water

Symptoms: Quite a bit of pain and stiffness. I always seem to fall off the wagon on weekends.
