Breakfast:
4 sausages
gala apple

Snack:
baby carrots
sugar snap peas

Lunch:
2 hamburger patties
red pepper

Snack:
Pecan pie Larabar
a couple of each of: ultimate crunch and almonds

Dinner:
pulled beef
big spinach salad
oatmeal apple cookie
Snack:
grapes
apple pie
cashews

Drink:
water

Symptoms: Almost all the stiffness and pain was gone this morning
