Breakfast:
2 slices of bacon
2 turkey sausages
2 hard boiled eggs
gala apple

Lunch:
2 hamburger patties
eggplant
big spinach salad

Dinner:
ham
peas

Snack:
grapes
cashews

Drink:
water

Symptoms: Very stiff all day, also fatigued.
