Breakfast:
4 stips of bacon
golden delicious apple
cinnamon bun

Lunch:
2 hamburger patties
peas

Snack:
Ultimate Crunch

Dinner: (went out for dinner to the Almanac)
BBQ Ribs
sweet potato fries
baby carrots
snow peas
salad

Drink:
water
Orange Juice

Symptoms: Very stiff in the morning (I wonder why?) and some pain and spasms developing along the spine in the afternoon evening.
