Food on monday

Breakfast:
4 slices of bacon
fuji apple

Snack:
baby carrot
sugar snap peas
almonds

Lunch:
meatballs
red pepper

Snack:
orange

Dinner:
chili - beef, italian sausage, bacon
big salad
apple oatmeal cookie

Drink:
water

Symptoms: Still pretty stiff in the mornings.
