Breakfast:
6 slices of bacon
2 fried eggs
handful of strawberries and blackberries
Lunch:
Ribeye steak
salad
Dinner:
Went to Scott and Jodi's for dinner -
veggies, rice chips and dip, phyllo wrapped salmon, and a small slice of cheesecake for dessert
Drink:
water, some regular and sparking AJ
Symptoms:
Oddly enough, given the discomfort the past few days and what I ate yesterday, i would have expected to be more stiff and sore this morning but I woke up feeling fine.
