Diet confirmation

A while back I posted about how I came to believe that diet might be causing my arthritis and I mentioned some corroboration. One source was the book "Eat Right 4 Your Type". This book explains a bit about the evolutoin of blood type in humans and how each type has an ideal diet. Turns out I am O+. According to the book people with O blood type should, generally speaking, be eating a high protein low carb diet.

Breakfast:
4 sausages
gala apple

Snack:
red pepper

Lunch:
All you can eat Thai food (twice in the same week!)

Snack:

Drink:
water

Symptoms: Feeling good except i think my body is using up all my energy trying to digest all that meat i ate a lunch
